The three works are translations of events taken from media images from unrest, violence and protests. Cyclical events that appear, affect and disappear and then unfortunately reoccur again when they have been 'forgotten'. Amongst the colours are earth, skin, sky, smoke, uniform, clothes and fire.

Submitted are 3 separate works - one (sending smoke signals) that was shown at Reverting to Type :- Protest Posters however I see the 3 prints as a body of work that should be shown together. They are small works 24.5cm x 18cm printed using only 24pt Monotype Border, colour by colour.
