The Design Museum of Chicago teamed up with the City of Chicago to invite artists to contribute to their Protect Chicago campaign to spread the word about getting vaccinated. While they just needed digital art, I took the opportunity to create a limited edition set of posters that encompass the elements of the city, from its buildings and gardens to its neighborhoods, with a message to consider both self, family and community.
The print is 14” square and is printed in 7 colors with both wood and metal type on recycled white card stock. It’s a limited edition of 50. Proceeds from the sales of the print are donated to two local organizations doing work to vaccinate marginalized populations in Chicago.
